Buy local without leaving your island
Strings, picks, straps, cables, pedals, mics, tuners and the small stuff that keeps you playing all travel easy and land fast. When you order from us instead of a mainland warehouse, the money stays in Hawaii and the gear usually gets to you sooner.

Mail in your repair
Not every island has a tech. Ship us your guitar, bass or ukulele and it goes on the same bench as everything else, at the same published pricing, then heads back to you when it is right.

Shipping questions
- Do you ship to the other islands?
- Yes. Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Lanai and anywhere else in the state. Small gear like strings, pedals, mics and accessories travels easy and lands quick.
- How long does inter-island shipping take?
- Usually a couple of days once it leaves the shop, depending on the carrier and where you are. We will give you the honest estimate when you order, not a guess.
- Can I just pick it up in the shop?
- Please do. Pickup is free, it is usually ready the same day, and you get to play the thing before it goes home with you. We are at 1221 Kilauea Ave, Suite 10, inside the Hilo Shopping Center.
- Will you ship a guitar or a ukulele?
- We will. Instruments need real packing, so give us a call first and we will talk through the best way to get it to you and what it costs. Nothing leaves here badly boxed.
- What about the mainland?
- Our Reverb shop is set up for that, with their packing, insurance and buyer protection built in. Ask us and we will point you at the right listing.
- I live on another island and need a repair. Now what?
- Mail it in. Same bench, same published pricing, and it ships back to you when Spencer is done. Start on the repairs page or call the shop first if you want to talk it through.
